When Emily was a little younger, say one-and-a-half to 2 years, you could ask her what her favorite song to listen to was and she would exuberantly answer "Kid A!!" (a Radiohead song) We used to listen to U2 concerts and Led Zeppelin and The Beatles when she was a baby. Tara actually made a movie of us dancing to Beatles tunes.. it was very cool.

Now a days, Emily's music preferences are evolving more towards Tara's, which Emily calls "Girl Music." Sometimes when we are driving, Emily will request Radiohead or Pearl Jam tunes, which I think is great! (though Tara believes she is just humoring me..) Whatever her preferences end up being, she seems to have great taste in music though, and it's a lot of fun to listen to different music we love together.
